Everybody goes through tough times in their lives. They face problems and while sometimes they are able to deal with them, at other times they are not. When they are not able to deal with the problems they get seriously upset. They end up developing phobias and false ways of thinking and this leads them to get depressed. For some people this phase lasts only for a short while and then they are able to snap out of it. But other people are not able to break this pattern of negative thinking.
